ELBISCO Industrial & Trading S.A. as part of the ELBISCO Group Holding S.A. was formed by the merger of the known to the Greek market companies: Hellenic Biscuits Company S.A., N.Vosinakis S.A., Elite Bread Industry S.A. and ELBISCO Trading Food Distribution S.A. The products with the Allatini brand, as well as the known and successful brands Elite, Kris Kris, Vosinakis and Forma, belong to ELBISCO Industrial & Trading S.A. ZITO LUKS A.D. SCOPJE
ZITO LUKS was founded in 1947 in FYROM and its activities are the production and distribution of bread, pastries, frozen dough products and flours. It is the largest company in its field, with mechanical equipment and high-end facilities covering all the production stages up to the distribution with a privately owned fleet of trucks. Its clientele includes all the large supermarket chains, small food stores, distributors on exclusive collaboration, wholesalers and HORECA customers. It has the largest and most modern flour mill in FYROM and modern production facilities for bread and pastries. The company is in the upgrading phase of the Quality Certification from ISO 9001:2000 to ISO 9001:2002 and the HACCP Certification. ZITO LUKS owns a retail chain with 29 bakery stores, recently renovated, and mini markets in FYROM. It has developed export activities in adjacent countries and in Greece.

ELBISCO participates, with a small percentage through its subsidiary ELBISCO Industrial & Trading S.A. in EVGA Holding S.A., which offers to the consumers favourite brands of ice-cream, packed dough (Folie croissants), frozen dough (baguettes, puff pastry etc.), as well as fresh juices and long-duration juices (Refresh and Sunny).
