The significant production force of Elbisco relies on its two factories, in Chalkida and in Pikermi.

The factory at Glyfa, Chalkida, has today 13 production lines, automatic flour packing assembly, as well as specifically designed warehouse facilities, with its maximum production capacity at 16,000 tons annually regarding biscuits and 27,000 tons regarding packed flour.

The factory in Pikermi constitutes the largest unit of production of rusks and pastries in packed form in Greece and one of the largest in Europe. Its production capacity reaches 14,500 tons of rusks and 6,500 tons of fresh pastries annually.
